He will be teaching his version of fish ceviche, a unique take on this Mexican classic. Chef Gonzalez owned and operated his own Mexican restaurant in California where they served seasonal Mexican food. This will quickly become your go-to ceviche recipe for summertime parties where you can wow guests with a vibrant and tangy dish that comes together with a handful of fresh, healthy ingredients that turn into one amazingly flavorful meal. This will be a hands on and interactive class where questions are encouraged and you will leave with the knowledge to replicate this dish again, and again.
May 15, 2024. Class starts at 5:30pm and goes until 7:30pm. Participants will have the option to eat dinner after making it or take it to go!
We will provide you with an apron, but we recommend wearing casual clothes that you don’t mind getting a little bit messy in. We ask that you wear flat comfortable shoes. Please do not wear open-toed shoes or sandals. Hair must be fully up and pulled back.
